In the South East, we’ve already brought magic to life by granting 2,043 life-changing wishes. But right now, 95 children across the region are still waiting for their wish to come true. These wishes reflect their hopes and dreams – from having a monster truck experience and becoming a Pokémon for the day, to getting DJ equipment or meeting WWE wrestlers live.

For five-year-old , toy freight trains and bin lorries were more than just playthings—they were a source of comfort and escape during his cancer treatment. So when asked what his one true wish would be, there was only one answer: to be a freight train driver.

Thanks to Make-A-Wish, Josiah finally emerged from the dark tunnel of childhood cancer and stepped into the light—at the controls of his very own freight train, fittingly named "Josiah’s Wish." As he took command, his face lit up with pure excitement, creating memories that will last a lifetime.
