In the East Midlands, we’ve already brought magic to life by granting 805 life-changing wishes. But right now, 43 children across the region are still waiting for their wish to come true. These wishes reflect their hopes and dreams – from going to Disneyland Paris and visiting Peppa Pig World, to being a pilot or having a bike.

With your support, we can turn these dreams into reality and create moments of joy and hope for children who need them most. Just like we did for Alfie.

Born prematurely in November 2019, Alfie was diagnosed with a heart condition requiring urgent surgery at just eight weeks old. Despite ongoing health challenges, he leads a joyful life with his family in Thetford. His passion for Pluto, the Disney character, began after a trip to Disneyland Paris, where he even got to open the park!

Alfie’s wish came true with a VIP shopping spree at Chantry Place in Norwich. His unforgettable day began with a thrilling ride in a red Hummer limo. At the shopping centre, Alfie enjoyed exclusive access to stores like Build-A-Bear, where he created a custom toy, and the Disney Store, where he expanded his Pluto collection. He also received gifts, vouchers, and behind-the-scenes tours at other shops.
