The Snowdon Six Challenge

The Snowdon Six Challenge
On September 12th, we will be taking on The Snowdon Six Challenge.

Instead of taking a single route up Yr Wyddfa (Snowdon), we are tackling three separate summit ascents using six distinct paths in one continuous push—all to raise vital funds for Make-A-Wish UK.
The Route & Scale
Starting at 2:00 AM, our route links together six of the mountain’s iconic paths—up and down three times until all six trails are completed.
  • Distance: 42 km (26 miles — a full mountain marathon)
  • Elevation Gain: 2,700 meters
  • Duration: 15–16 continuous hours on foot
  • Conditions: Weather on Yr Wyddfa can change in minutes; we’re prepping for wind, rain, and everything in between.
Why We’re Doing It
Make-A-Wish UK grants life-changing wishes for children fighting critical illnesses. A wish brings hope, joy, and unforgettable memories to children and families going through the toughest times imaginable. Every step we take on the mountain is dedicated to helping create those magical moments.
