Sunday 5th Jul I’m pleased to share that the Make-A-Wish UK fundraising stall at the Upper Rissington Village Fete raised an amazing… 🎉 £178.20! 🎉 A huge thank you to every single person who stopped by, played a game, made a donation, had a chat, shared a smile and helped support this wonderful cause. 💙 Whether you… 🎡 Spun the Wheel 🏴‍☠️ Searched for Captain Wishbeard’s Lost Treasure 🧸 Helped choose the perfect name for our teddy 🍬 Guessed how many sweets were hiding in the jar …every entry helped towards this fantastic total. It was wonderful to see so many children, families, friends and neighbours joining in 🎡🥰 A very special thank you also goes to the wonderful local businesses and attractions who so generously supported our fundraising with prizes and donations. Your kindness helped make the stall possible and gave us some fantastic prizes to offer. 💙 100% of the funds raised at our stall go directly towards granting wishes for children with critical illnesses in the South West of England. Saturday 5th Jul We raised an incredible £238 cash plus £22 PDQ card payments (making a total of £260) at the Upper Rissington Village Fête for Make-A-Wish UK! 💙✨ Every spin, smile, and donation helped bring us closer to granting more fabulous wishes for children with critical illnesses — and we couldn’t be more grateful. 💫 A huge thank you to everyone who donated prizes, visited the stall, spread the word, and gave so generously. Thank you for your donations at the Co-op, Upper Rissington today

Saturday 1st Mar Thank you so much for your kind donations and support at the Co-op in Upper Rissington today. I am pleased to say we raised £78.03 in cash plus £41 by card (which will be transferred to this page by head office shortly). The Co-op have also kindly donated £100 too which will also be added to this page soon as well. So the grand total will be £219.03. That’s fantastic. Plus other donations which are coming through as a result of the collection. Make-A-Wish was built on communities pulling together and it’s so lovely to see this continuing. Sunday 23rd Feb My first collection has been arranged for Saturday 1st March 2025 at the local Co-op in Upper Rissington. Thank you to the Co-op for permitting this collection and for donating some sweets for a Guess How Many Sweets in the Jar and also for donating £100 too (which should come through to this page shortly).  Share
