Join our community in the South West

In the South West, we’ve already granted 1,957 life-changing wishes for children living with critical conditions. But right now, 66 children across the region are still waiting for their wish to come true. These wishes reflect their hopes and dreams – from going on a UK holiday in an accessible campervan and having an impressionist-style portrait painted, to becoming a fashion designer and creating custom clothing, or experiencing a horse-riding holiday.

With your support, we can turn these dreams into reality and create moments of joy and hope for children who need them most. Just like we did for Ryleigh.

For six-year-old Ryleigh, her wish to have a princess-themed birthday party brought light during a dark time. After being diagnosed with brain cancer, Ryleigh lost her hair and was given an uncertain prognosis due to a relapse. A passionate fan of princesses, Ryleigh had dreamed of growing her hair long, like her favourite princess, Rapunzel. While that dream would no longer be possible, her wish to be a "mini princess for the day" allowed Ryleigh to embrace her love of princesses and celebrate with her loved ones, making cherished memories despite the challenges she faced.
