Park Run

Tuesday 30th Sep
Had a few days off work so I pushed myself at my local Park Run.
I managed 25:07 taking 42 seconds off my Personal Best.

Which might not sound huge but is a great result as I have not been to a Park Run for about 3 months. Most of my training has been endurance based, not speed work.

Beachy Head Ultra

Monday 12th May
I'm running the Beachy Head Ultra on Oct 25th with the aim of 
A) Raising money for Make-A-Wish
B) Finishing

I have 24 weeks of training till the start and will update here as often as possible.
